T I M E  T O   M O V E:  

The "TIME TO MOVE" workshop is an introduction to my practice and method. Students will experience the many "aspects"
of a "Movement practice" :

- Breathing, the power of breath and it's positive influence on the body


- Spine work, you are as old as your spine


- Joint resilience, developing mobile and strong joints


- TIME TO MOVE, creating small "flows" using differents movement patterns


- Handbalancing and Inversions, developing a handstand and other handbalancing moves


- The Science of Strength training, the importance of it and practical applications.
